PLACING YOUR WEBSHOP ORDER:
1) After clicking the webshop link below, your username is the email you used to register with us. Then click “Forgot Password” to set one up. Make sure to save this to your computer AND phone for seamless logins next time!
2) Your account may have multiple ways of receiving product, either pickup, delivery, fedex or airport cargo. If you have muliple transport options, you can toggle to the one you want in the upper right hand green profile drop down menu (if you don’t see a transport region that you want please reach out to us and we will set one up). Different transport options within your account, may change the displayed stem-cost; we do our best to include shipping charges in the displayed stem cost so there’s no hidden fees!
3) Next, click on the date for when you wish to receive your order or have it available to pick up in person at The Floral Reserve. Stems may have multiple dispatch dates depending on their expected freshness from the supplier. The date you select is the date you should expect to have your order in hand either through TFR pickups, local deliveries at your door, and shipments (fed-ex or cargo) received at your shipping address or chosen airport.
4) Type the product you’re looking for in the Search Bar.
5) The more filters you add to the this, the more it will be filtered down to your needs. For example, if you want to see available global product, keep “All Articles” on. If you just want to see our cooler stock click “TFR Stock”. If you want to see our local farm product, click “Domestically Grown”. You can also by color, stem length, grower & country of origin.
6) Once you see what you’d like to buy, click on the photo and it will pop up with more information. This is where you double check that the date you selected is correct, and also where you type in the quantity desired. Please note that all flowers are sold differently by different growers so bunch minimums will always vary – look for the grower that’s closest to your desired quantity.
7) Once you’re ready to buy your item click on the green shopping cart icon that says “Buy“. That’s it! You have now ordered and secured your product! Since this is a live, global webshop, once you click on that shopping cart item, your order is sent to the supplier and they pull and ship your item.
8) If you are not placing an immediate purchase, and want to explore stem options or estimate recipe costs, our Shopping List feature is a great place to start! Keep in mind, any selections put on a shopping list will be saved with a live auction price, this means when you are ready to place your order, individual stem prices may vary slightly from when you make your purchase selection or may no longer be available.
