It is important to upload your state’s Resale Certificate, which will allow us to not need to charge you tax.

Your resale certificate is DIFFERENT from your Sales and Use Permit (which is what allows YOU to charge your client’s tax)

If your business is located in a state that does NOT charge sales tax you MUST fill out a Rhode Island resale certificate.

Per Federal Tax rules, we can only provide tax free invoicing on accounts that are registered in the Floral field (retail florist or event floral design). Every other account needs to be charged tax UNLESS you provide us with a Tax Exempt Certification Form.

You are able to set up multiple accounts to be able to receive your products in multiple ways, just let us know what you prefer! You can always add a transport region in the future. Please note that we will determine whether you are within our Delivery Zones. If outside of our zones, we will automatically change your delivery account to a fedex account.
