Amy is the kindest, happiest soul you’ll ever meet. She leads with positivity and quiet determination, making sure our market is inspiring, running beautifully, and exceeding your expectations each and every week. Amy guides our team with grace, focus, and a permanent smile. She keeps our tasks and priorities organized, has a keen eye on quality control, and is responsible for making sure your experience at TFR, from new customer to seasoned client, is exceptional. You know Amy is in the room when you hear, “Heeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyy”, her signature way of saying, “Hi! I’m happy to see you!”. I love Amy’s approach to leadership. She has a talent for making both important jobs and “not so glamorous” jobs, fun and exciting. She is a special part of TFR, and a talented hooked rug artisan as well!

Nikki is a treasured part of our TFR family. She has been with our market since day one, and intimately understands our mission and our commitment to the floral industry. She oversees your special orders, making sure all requests are processed and intimately understood. She communicates with you when we may need to make a substitution or when there are delays, and she prides herself on presenting you with a beautiful cooler. Nikki strongly values communication and dialogue, always striving to point you in the direction of your best options. She expertly handles your sourcing needs, your pricing questions and your preferences. Nikki’s warm energy, emphasis on community, and desire to promote the success of both our farmers and florists, truly embodies all that TFR stands for. When she’s not working with us, she is growing her pet sitting business, writing poetry, and enjoying photography.

Rosa wears many hats at TFR from pulling your custom orders, shipping your blooms across the country, and highlighting our offerings on social media. While these tasks are all quite different, Rosa approaches each with the same beautiful energy, intellect and calm. An accomplished artist whose muse is often found within the natural world, she deeply appreciates the nuances of the botanicals that we have at our market. Her special connection to flora shines in her keen ability to help you with your order, carefully protect all your blooms before shipping departure, and in how she features our inventory on social media. We love her approach, her confidence, and being privy to her knowledge regarding the healing properties of plants and flowers.

Every outfit needs that one person who is willing to wear all the hats and do all the things. That person at TFR is our Bonnie. She comes from a strong background in both hospitality and farming, and therefore knows the importance of service, local flowers, and quality standards. She’s quiet and opinionated, with a dry sense of humor that pleasantly catches you by surprise. Not afraid to learn a new skill, ask a question, problem solve or put in extra hours, Bonnie is always quick to help where needed. When she’s not ringing you out, pulling your orders, processing flowers or organizing inventory, she’s picking up flowers at airports, farms and lord knows where else. You’d be amazed how far we’ll go, and where we’ll go, for the best blooms!!!!

Tyeshia is a seasoned floral designer who moonlights between creating beauty, and making sure YOU have all the floral you need to create your own. A mother of six, a coveted freelancer, and an expert in color theory, Tyeshia approaches all her life’s duties with love and grace. She excels when given a custom pull, effortlessly balancing your budget with your floral needs, and creating color stories that exceed your expectations. She pushes everyone to be their best, to live a little outside your comfort zone with your flower choices, and to relentlessly support one another. She is our industry cheerleader, a protector, a champion of the Reserve ethos, and a loving soul who lends an ear or a hug. When Tyeshia isn’t working on your order, she’s most likely designing a beautiful arrangement for our entry table or styling our cooler.

Once a designer at SEMIA for many years, Steph and I go way back. While our paths diverged for a time, I’m elated to say that she has returned to flowers. Flowers AND numbers. As the director of our E-Commerce business and the steward of our website, Steph brings the most unique skill set to TFR. Her intimate knowledge of floral, combined with her impressive technical capabilities, makes her the very best person to spearhead our new Dutch Direct program. Steph is responsible for safeguarding your direct Dutch buying, releasing the weekly price list and specials, as well as cataloguing all our floral. Within months we will be introducing our very own Reserve Auction, an unprecedented and exciting way to shop our market. Steph is fiercely determined, a brilliant artist, devoted mother, keen troubleshooter, and laser focused. We can’t wait for you to know the woman behind our site, and the future!

A floral artist for 25 years, I love sourcing flowers just as much as I love designing with them. I founded the Floral Reserve in 2017, longing for an RI wholesale flower market that carried local blooms, inspiring imports, and fostered a collaborative environment. I wanted to walk into a cooler that was overflowing with quality options each day of operation, vowing to never sell anything I wouldn’t use myself. TFR has accomplished all that and more, exceeding my wildest expectations. Together each week, we shop as colleagues, not competitors. We support our local flower farmers, experiment with daring blooms, seek new and inspiring botanicals, and applaud each other’s successes. It truly is a special place, for special creatives. When I’m not designing flowers, I’m curled up with my computer, searching the region, nation, and world for the best blooms. I’m scouring auctions for all your requests, and for blooms you didn’t even think you needed! It gets more and more exciting each year, thanks to you, our growers, and our collective love of the natural world.
